In every triangle, there are four special points you have to know about. These can be described as the points of intersection between different types of lines, as shown below:

Theory

Triangle Centers

The circumcenter

is the intersection between the perpendicular bisectors,

The incenter

is the intersection between the angle bisectors,

The centroid

is the intersection between the medians,

The orthocenter

is the intersection between the altitudes.
